Classical singer Camilla Kerslake has revealed that she has faced verbal abuse from disgruntled rugby fans walking past the home she shares with England skipper Chris Robshaw.
She said there have been times when she has ‘felt a bit trapped’ in her own house – but she does not let the jibes get her down.
In an interview with Hello! magazine, she said: ‘When you’ve nursed your mum through breast cancer, then experience the terrifying trauma of a breast cancer scare yourself, you can get through anything, including people shouting outside your window at 4am.’

Revealing all: Camilla Kerslake has opened up in an interview in Hello! magazine, about her romance with England rugby captain Chris Robshaw and the difficulties she faces as a WAG
She added: ‘When you go out with a sportsman, it’s part of the territory.’
The 27-year-old singer told the magazine: ‘There have been times when I’ve felt a bit trapped in my own house.
‘Just recently, because of the rugby, photographers have been waiting to capture a picture of me looking downcast. When they ask me to look sad, I give them a dazzling smile.’
Robshaw sparked controversy when he rejected a late, potentially equalising penalty chance in favour of an attacking lineout when Wales won 28-25 at Twickenham in the Rugby World Cup.
Long-term loves: Chris and Camillia have been an item since 2011, so the classical singer is used to the verbal abuse she has been receiving while the World Cup is in full swing

Camillia said: ‘The team is behind him too and the fans have been incredible. The outpouring of support and love from them has been overwhelming.
‘I want to thank the England fans for being so kind.’
When asked how her sportsman partner is handling the situation, she said: ‘As can be expected, unfortunately. It’s a bit too close for him to talk about it yet, but when he’s ready, he knows I’m here.
‘We always have and always will be supportive of each other. The only way a good relationship works is through honesty, support and kindness.’
Oh no! Camilla was in the crowd during the now-infamous England v Wales game, and has since said that she is there for Chris ‘when he’s ready’
Camilla, who rose to fame several years ago as one of Gary Barlow’s hot musical recruits, and now boasts a successful career in the classical genre, looked stunning in the accompanying photo to the tell-all interview.
The naturally pretty star showed off her slim figure in a pale beige and very plunging dress, the simple but effective style suiting her to a tee.

Her blonde locks were worn over her shoulder in a flattering style, her blue eyes sparkling through.
Camilla and Chris have been an item since 2011, but she has recently become more prominent thanks to her romance with the England captain during the Rugby World Cup.
And, with fame comes the rumours and criticism, and she was recently forced to deny any tensions between herself and fellow rugby WAG Chloe Madeley.
She denied claims that she called the fitness-fanatic girlfriend of sportsman James Haskell a ‘low-rent attention seeker’.
While Chloe, who is the daughter of Richard and Judy, refuted the allegations by sharing a selfie of her and Camilla pouting for the cameras hours after the reports surfaced, Camilla also backed her up by laughing off the feud claims.
‘At the end of the day in an average year the England boys are away for four, five months, on a World Cup or a Lions year they’re away for eight, and if us girls weren’t together, if we weren’t supporting each other then where would be?’ she told Lorraine during a TV appearance last month.
‘The team mentality of togetherness feeds from the pitch to the sidelines and we will all be there, supporting our people and we will all be unified,’ she added.
