Rolling Stone Magazine recently released the 25 best albums and songs of 2009. Jay-Z held it down for hip hop finishing in the top five of both lists. The Blueprint 3 placed fourth on the top 25 albums list, and “Empire State of Mind” featuring Alicia Keys placed second on the top 25 songs list.
